Any commercial use of any kind requires you broker a seperate agreement with me.By ordering work from me you agree to the following points:Payment via PayPal and prices are in USD. You can also pay via buymeacoffee/patreon/payoneer but I need to charge extra to cover huge fees.(specified on service)Clients must pay 100% upfront.I will proceed to art finalization after sketch approval.Turnaround usually takes 1-3 month. If you need to get your commission right in time in your date you should tell in advance. It may cost extra.I value communication so if in the case there is delay I will contact you. And if you need time you will contact me.You undertake to point out everything that does not suit you in my work at the sketching stage, when I can still make minor edits. IIf the edit is large, I charge an additional fee. Unless it is something I forgot about that should of been placed in. (3USD each)I will send the finished file either through Google Drive or through the CRM service. You can also ask me to send files via e-mail too.I will not delete the files, so you can go back and download them again at any time.By ordering NSFW you confirm that you have reached the age of majority regulated by your local law. If I discover you lied, you are blacklisted forever from my commissions.You can get a 50% refund of the cost, if I have not drawn beyond the sketch. In all other cases, no refunds.It is prohibited to use my work for NFT's, blockchains, AI generation, or similar work. If you do use my work for such things, you will pay me 5000USD per iteration, per use, and forfet your right to commissions in the future.
